Guitar pick storage with style, purpose, and soul.
Note Nook started with a simple realization: I had ordered way more guitar picks than I thought.
The moment that really sparked the idea came when I went to reorder one of my go-to picks and noticed there were only a few containers left. It made me think about how often picks disappear, how quickly they add up, and how there should be a better way to store the ones we use, the extras we buy, and the ones that end up meaning something to us.
Shortly after, Note Nook was born.
But from the beginning, I wanted it to be more than just a place to put picks. I wanted Note Nook to pay homage to the greats — the players, builders, tones, and classic pieces of gear that shaped music and inspired so many of us to pick up a guitar in the first place.
That’s why we design every Note Nook to feel like functional guitar equipment art—bringing together practical storage, guitar-inspired design, and the gear culture that inspired us in the first place.
We have a lot of ideas, plans, and ways we want to give back to the music community. This is only the beginning.
One pick, one player, one Nook at a time.
Meet Our Founder
My guitar journey started in high school when I had one last class to fill in my schedule. My options were drama or beginner guitar. I chose guitar—and needless to say, I fell in love with it fast.
Since then, I’ve always loved playing, jamming, learning, and finding new ways to grow as a guitarist. My roommate at the time unfortunately had to bear the weight—or, more accurately, lend his ears—to the countless sounds that came from my guitar during my relentless dedication to learning. Sorry, Riley.
Outside of guitar, I’m passionate about music, cars, gaming, building community, and uplifting the people around me.
Note Nook grew from my own experience as a guitarist, but I created it with other players in mind. I hope you enjoy it, find real value in it, and make it a small part of your own musical journey.
